About Humboldt Sawmill

Humboldt Sawmill Company, LLC manufactures a full line of redwood and Douglas-fir wood products, including timbers, lumber, decking, and uppers. Logs are sourced from 443,401 acres of company-owned timberlands in Northern California, where harvest levels are consistently below the forests’ annual growth rate and harvested trees are replanted. Logs are processed into lumber at the company’s sawmill complex in Scotia, California. Humboldt Sawmill redwood and Douglas-fir products are available certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC® C013133). FSC certificate details may be found here.

Humboldt Sawmill wood products are sold mill direct to wholesale and distribution accounts, as well as through company-owned distribution centers to retail lumberyards and home improvement retailers throughout the Western U.S.
